Name: Ella Beaumont

Sports/Activities: Multiple – Wheelchair Basketball, TV & Film Production/Research, Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor

Hertfordshire born and bred, I spent alot of my early life at Stoke Mandeville and have since worked extensively with National Disability Sport Organisation, Wheelpower who are based there. My academic background is in Sports coaching Science and Disability from the University of Worcester. Combined with my livied experience as a wheelchair user, I am passionate about inclusive fitness.

As a qualified coach, I have trained individuals of all abilities in wheelchair basketball and represented Great Britain in the sport. Aswell as my direct coaching and recent venture into being a Personal Trainer for disabled and able-bodied clients, during covid, I created "Wheelchair Workouts" on YouTube to deliver fitness content to a broader audience and provide an accessible alternative to 'PE with Joe'.

My experience also extends to TV and film research, where I have worked with major broadcasters like Channel 4, BT, and BBC, contributing to coverage of events such as the Rio 2016 Paralympics, Crufts and a recent documentary about Christopher Reeves, providing essential research for commentators, presenters and producers on various sports and athletes.

This blend of hands-on fitness instruction, content creation, and media production gives me a comprehensive skill set to promote active lifestyles and amplify diverse voices within the sports and media landscapes. I am excited to support the No Limits 2026 Campaign as an ambassador for the upcoming year and show just what you can be capable of if you are given the right opportunities.
