Herts Sport & Physical Activity Partnership defines a statutory organisation as an organisation that has been assembled by The Government, Local Authority or through a Sports Governing Body, which has the authority to implement legislation or guidance.

The statutory organisations in Hertfordshire play a key strategic and practical role in the delivery of sport and physical activities in communities across the county, as we collaborate to drive and support systemic change and promote the benefits of sport and physical activity to communities, groups and individuals.
