(Excluding the Bank holiday Monday 25th August)

HAF Inductions Summer 2025

Once approved as a provider for the Summer delivery phase, you will be invited to attend a mandatory pre-delivery induction (online).

PLEASE NOTE: There are two versions of this session ahead of Summer 2025, you will be invited to both or one depending on whether you are a NEW or PREVIOUS provider.

PREVIOUS providers will only have to attend the ALL provider induction.

NEW providers for Summer 2025 will need to attend an extra session to get you up to speed with our booking system and key programme logistics as well as the ALL provider induction.

The NEW provider induction took place on Tuesday 10th June 7pm-8.30pm.

The recording of the session can be viewed here

The ALL provider induction took place on Tuesday 8th July 6.30-8.30pm.

The recording of the session can be viewed here

Training

As providers of HAPpy Camps, you will be sent information about the free courses and workshops available to you via the 'Training Tuesday' update - a weekly email series sent out in the lead up to each delivery phase. But to keep up to date on the offer throughout the year, the full details of all the courses, workshops and opportunies available to you can be found at any time on our dedicated training page below. Healthy Lifestyles Education

Educating children on how to develop healthy eating habits and lifestyles remains a core element of the HAPpy programme and we know it can be hard to think of innovative ways to start these conversations with children, encourage them to eat a healthy lunch or incorporate meaningful activities into your delivery.

See the below link for the recording of a bespoke online workshop run BeeZee by Maximus especially for HAPpy providers in July 2025 to give you some ideas:
