Active Connections
Resources

If you're looking for resources to help promote physical activity for both healthcare professionals and patients, here is a breakdown of digital and physical resources to use in your practices. If you are unable to print any flyers or posters yourself, don’t hesitate to get in touch and we can print and send resources straight to your practice (hsphealth@herts.ac.uk). All of these resources will contribute to your practice and/or Primary Care Network in gaining Active Practice Status.
