Volunteer at the Stevenage Half & Full Marathon

This event is not just a race—it’s a celebration of community and local spirit. While the Stevenage Half takes place every year, the Stevenage Full Marathon only happens every 10 years! To ensure everything runs smoothly, we are looking for Course Marshals to help direct runners and keep the course safe.

Event Details:

· Date: Sunday, 20th October 2024

· Location: Hampson Park Community Centre (Minibus service to/from De Havilland Campus)

· Volunteer Shift Timing: Meeting is at 8 am. Briefing is between 8.50 am and 9 am. Shift patterns are 9 am -12 pm and 12 pm – 3 pm.

What’s in it for you?

Volunteers will receive a t-shirt, free transport, and a thank you lunch at Wetherspoons on the day. Whether you're a runner, a supporter, or just looking to get involved, we welcome everyone!
