Strengthen your Club at the Hertfordshire Clubs Conference 2024

Herts Sport & Physical Activity Partnership (HSP) is excited to announce that the Annual Hertfordshire Clubs Conference is back on Friday 11th October 2024, at the Fielder Centre in Hatfield. This flagship event is designed to bring together clubs, coaches, and volunteers from across Hertfordshire for a full day of learning, networking and sharing ideas. 

This year, the event will be focusing on the important themes of welfare and safeguarding, in line with recent investments from Sport England and the ongoing conversation around sports culture. HSP is excited to welcome Steve Boocock, former CEO of the Child Protection in Sport Unit and current Director of Wiltshire and Swindon Sport, as our keynote speaker. Also joining on the day is Phil Smith, Executive Director of Sport England, who will share his valuable insights on these key issues. 

Throughout the day, you’ll be able to take part in two engaging workshops; one in the morning and another after lunch, each offering practical tips and strategies to strengthen welfare and safeguarding at your club. Additionally, you can explore our marketplace, where organisations will showcase products and services designed to support your club’s growth and success. This is a fantastic opportunity to explore new resources to help you strengthen your club.
