From summer 2026 Hertfordshire's HAPpy: Holiday Activity Programme will use a new booking system.

New Booking System Resources for support HAPpy Activity Providers

On this page, HAPpy activity providers can find helpful resources to support their use of the new booking system.

These resources are intended to support the mandatory training sessions hosted by Herts Sport & Physical Activity Partnership (HSP) in June 2026. The resources are not a substitute for attending the training.

Follow-up Email from haf@herts.ac.uk 

After you have attended the training, you will be sent an emaIl with subject 'Access Granted to New HAPpy Booking system'. These emails will be sent to all on the afternoon of Thurs 18 June.

This email will confirm your access to the booking system and will contain your organisation's THREE LETTER CODE which you must use when creating activities.

  • Parents will receive their booking codes from HAPpyCamps@herts.ac.uk and enquiries from parents can be directed here too.

 

We have different team members monitoring these email accounts and will be able to respond quicker if the messages land in the right place.
