This course provides an overview of a range of mental health issues including their prevalence, signs, symptoms, causes and how they can affect people

The course will also help participants to consider how they can support their own mental health and wellbeing and that of others. Participants will be made aware of the importance of challenging stereotypes, myths and stigma surrounding mental health issues and championing inclusion.
Hertfordshire Mind Network also have a vast suite of mental health and wellbeing training available. This training covers topics such as hoarding, mental health in the workplace, isolation & loneliness and so much more.
