Leadership Skills Foundation

The Leadership Skills Foundation is a prominent awarding organisation dedicated to the development of leadership skills in young people. We bring these essential skills to life through practically applied qualifications and accredited awards across the curriculum and beyond, empowering learners with the confidence to believe, the qualities to lead and the skills to succeed.

Our programme offer in England includes trusted, Ofqual-regulated qualifications that develop leadership skills through exciting subject areas such as physical activity, Esports and STEM. Each programme develops learners’ confidence to lead and prepares them for the next step in their education or career.  

All of this helps centres to meet their objectives, whether that’s schools strengthening their personal development offer or community groups encouraging the uptake of volunteering opportunities.
