Hertfordshire Pilots Revolutionary We Are Undefeatable App

Hertfordshire pilots the We Are Undefeatable app, offering tailored workouts for those with long-term health conditions.

Hertfordshire has been selected as an exclusive test pilot area for the newly developed We Are Undefeatable app, an innovative digital platform designed to support individuals with long-term health conditions (LTHCs) in becoming more physically active.

For people living with conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, or chronic pain, staying active can be a challenge. Traditional exercise programmes often struggle to account for the unique and varying needs of those with chronic conditions. The We Are Undefeatable app bridges this gap by providing expert-designed exercise routines that accommodate different physical abilities, pain levels, and energy fluctuations.

Jat, a participant in the initial testing phase who lives with asthma, praised the app’s adaptability, stating: "It's free, convenient, and tailored to work with my life and my long-term health condition."

The We Are Undefeatable app has been co-designed with award-winning health tech provider, Good Boost, and shaped through extensive collaboration with individuals living with LTHCs.

Hertfordshire's involvement as a test pilot area underscores the county’s commitment to inclusive health and wellbeing initiatives. The county has been engaged in the We Are Undefeatable campaign over the past few years, making it a natural choice for this live testing phase. Between 6th February and 31st March 2025, individuals in Hertfordshire with LTHCs will have exclusive access to this pioneering technology, helping shape its future national implementation through their feedback.

What the App Offers
