Celebrating One Year of Inclusive United CIC

Each year the Herts Sport & Physical Activity Partnership (HSP) provides several fledgling organisations with some seed funding, to pump-prime their development.

One such beneficiary of this programme in 2024 was Inclusive United CIC.

The team at Inclusive United, driven by lived experience, are passionate about the power of sport to positively impact lives and to help counter disadvantage and inequality experienced by those in our underserved groups and communities.

The Partnership has supported the organisation’s journey since its inception, by way of funding, advice and general support and we have been delighted at the group’s progress and positive outcomes, in such a relatively short space of time.

“We are delighted to have been able to support Inclusive United which, having worked in the sport, physical activity, and leisure sectors for over 40 years, is one of the very best initiatives that I have encountered. I have every confidence that our support will lead to a marked, lasting, and telling impact on physical activity levels and the life chances of the organisation’s target audience.

Progress in such a short space of time, has been nothing short of remarkable and it was hugely encouraging to receive the Inclusive United impact report– bringing to life some of the wonderful achievements. I look forward to hearing of the group’s continued success as it goes from strength to strength over the coming years as a much-valued addition to Hertfordshire’s sport and physical activity infrastructure.”
