No Limits 2026 Flagship Challenge for Health Professionals

88 Healthcare Professionals from Hertfordshire's Primary Care Networks took part in movement minutes in support of the No Limits 2026 campaign.

Herts Sport & Physical Activity Partnership (HSP) recently launched the latest monthly challenge on the Active Connections Hub*, inspired by the No Limits 2026 campaign. The four-week movement event was designed around one powerful message from the campaign:

Everyone deserves the chance to move, participate, and feel part of a supportive community.

From Monday 19th January to Sunday 15th February, staff across primary care took part in this four-week wellbeing challenge. Whether it’s a brisk walk, stretching at a desk, dancing in the kitchen or a full workout session, every minute counted toward the daily goal of 24 minutes of movement. Teams of four worked together to stay active, stay motivated and boost their wellbeing; proving that all activity, big or small, deserves recognition.

With 24% of disabled people learning about physical activity opportunities through healthcare professionals, this event set participants a target of 24 minutes of activity each day. It highlights the vital role health professionals play and reinforces the wider aims of the No Limits 2026 campaign.
