New Community of Practice Launching in Hertfordshire!

Supporting Children & Young People with Mental Health Challenges

The Herts Sport & Physical Activity Partnership is excited to announce the launch of a Community of Practice (CoP) focused on supporting children and young people in Hertfordshire who are experiencing mental health challenges.

This collaborative group will bring together professionals, volunteers, and organisations who are passionate about making a difference in this space. The CoP will provide a platform to:

  • Share best practices and resources

  • Collaborate on solutions to common challenges

  • Learn from one another’s experiences

  • Strengthen connections across sectors

If you work or volunteer with children and young people in Hertfordshire; particularly in a mental health, sport, or physical activity context, this is for you. Whether part of a school, sports club, healthcare setting, or community organisation, your voice and insight will be valuable.

How to get involved
We’re currently welcoming expressions of interest (EoI) to join the CoP. If you’d like to be part of this growing network of like-minded professionals, please fill out the EOI form

Together, we can create a more coordinated, informed, and impactful approach to improving the mental health and wellbeing of young people across Hertfordshire.
