Celebrate Living Longer Better in North Hertfordshire with a fun-filled day of physical activities and a physical activity market place!

Join us on Tuesday 4th November at North Herts Leisure Centre for an inspiring Live Longer Better in North Herts Celebration Day, a fun and engaging event all about staying active, healthy, and confident as we age!

Delivered by Active in the Community, North Herts Council, and Everyone Active, this event is your chance to be part of a growing movement that’s redefining what it means to live longer, better.

What to Expect

  • Physical activity taster sessions to help you stay strong, steady, and supple
  • Marketplace where local organisations will share opportunities and offer health and wellbeing support.
  • Free refreshments
