If you are experiencing difficulties accessing, registering for, or booking a HAPpy Camp place for your child(ren), please complete the form below.

Before submitting your enquiry, please note:

When registering your child on the booking system, all details must exactly match the information provided in the eligibility email sent from a @hertfordshire.gov.uk email address. This includes your child's first name, surname, date of birth, and unique code.
If you are unable to find your code, please check your junk or spam folders before contacting us.
If you have been informed that your application is being checked for eligibility, this review is carried out manually by Hertfordshire County Council colleagues. Once approved, your code will be sent by email.
If your child has attended HAPpy Camps previously, please be aware that the eligibility and code distribution process may have changed and additional checks may now apply.

What Happens Next?

Once you submit this form, your enquiry will be sent directly to the HAPpy Camps team at the Herts Sport & Physical Activity Partnership for review.

Please allow up to 48 hours (Monday to Friday) for a response to the email above. During busy booking periods, response times may be slightly longer, but we will endeavor to contact you as soon as possible.

Please do not submit multiple forms for the same enquiry, as this may delay our response.
