From Hoovesfest to School Sports Week: Our Ambassador Commitments Have No Limits

July has been a busy and inspiring period for our No Limits 2026 Ambassadors, who have continued to share their experiences, champion inclusion, and engage with communities across Hertfordshire.

Earlier this month, four ambassadors attended Hoovesfest, an accessible festival organised by the charity Therapeutic Hooves based in Hertford. The event was designed to ensure that people who may typically face barriers to attending festivals could enjoy a full day of activities, music, entertainment, and community engagement in a welcoming environment. As part of the No Limits 2026 campaign, Lauren Cooper, Alice Biddle, Hannah Coote, and Daniel Angus took part in a Q&A panel discussion, sharing their personal sporting journeys and exploring how the sporting sector, and society more broadly, can better support people with disabilities.

The panel sparked meaningful conversations and was extremely well received by attendees. Reflecting on the session, Hoovesfest organiser Paul Wainhouse said:

I want to say a massive thank you to the team for that incredible Q and A. The feedback has been really positive, and it was really lovely to hear all of the guys tell their stories. We are really grateful for your time

Ambassador Hannah Coote also spoke positively about the experience:

It was a really brilliant and enjoyable event. Really appreciate being asked to be on the panel.

No Limits 2026 Ambassador Harry Arnold-Pepper has also been active in the community, recently joining Platypus Swim Club based in Hatfield for its 60th anniversary celebrations. During the event, Harry delivered a speech about his own sporting journey, inspiring those in attendance before spending time speaking with members of the wider Platypus community and invited guests.

Karen Monk, Secretary of Platypus Swim Club, praised Harry's contribution:

Harry did a great speech. It was a pleasure to have him along and Harry was a great ambassador for No Limits.

The relationship between Harry and the club is set to continue, with plans already underway for him to return later this summer. Reflecting on the event, Harry said:

Everyone was so welcoming and looked after us really well. I'm really grateful to have been included.

As part of National School Sports Week and a Career Aspirations Week, Daniel Angus recently visited Colney Heath Primary School to speak to pupils about his career in the sports sector. Students enjoyed learning about Daniel’s football journey and hearing how those experiences inspired him to pursue a PHD and career working in sport. The session generated some thoughtful and engaging questions, including one challenge for Daniel to describe his career in just one word. His answer: “exciting.”
