Are you interested in sports business management?

University of Hertfordshire’s sports business management degree apprenticeship with the next cohort starting in September.

A reminder that the application deadline is fast-approaching for the University of Hertfordshire’s sports business management degree apprenticeship with the next cohort starting in September.

The unique apprenticeship blends university teaching with work-based learning, offering the elements of a traditional business and management degree, but with modules that have been designed and developed with a specific focus on sport.

The apprenticeship is a fantastic and innovative means of upskilling existing staff who work in the sport and leisure industry, offering the opportunity to formalise existing skills and knowledge into a degree level qualification (BSc Sports Business Management Work-Based), or can also be used to bring fresh talent into your organisation. Examples of some recent roles we have helped to fill are sports coordinator, football development officer, assistant gym manager.

If you are interested in learning more about how the apprenticeship can add value to your business, we invite you to join us at 1pm on Monday 24th June for an online information session, where you can find out more about the programme, find out how the university can support your recruitment, and ask any questions to our programme team.

You can register for the session here. Alternatively, you can also arrange to speak with a member of the Apprenticeships and Professional Programmes team by contacting apprenticeships@herts.ac.uk.
