Green Social Prescribing Seminar

In January 2026, HSP hosted a Green Social Prescribing Seminar in partnership with the Public Health Team at Hertfordshire County Council, and the Office of the High Sheriff of Hertfordshire. We had the opportunity to explore how we can work together across sectors, to help individuals feel better, build connections and build healthier, greener communities. Of the back of this event, we are collating common themes discussed in the workshops to take forward into next steps to improve Green Social Prescribing in Hertfordshire, including more provision and better understanding and involvement from our local personalised care teams.
