In partnership with Local Authority colleagues, we were delighted to be able to offer several This Girl Can in Herts Community Festivals, scheduled to run in July. Due to the weather forecast some were postponed, with a new date tbc.

On Wednesday 23rd March 2022, the Herts Sports Partnership, Hertfordshire School Games Organisers, and the Youth Sport Trust collaborated to create the first ever This Girl Can in Herts Schools Festival.

This Girl Can and ukactive have joined forces to work on behalf of the sector to better understand the barriers which women and girls face in taking part in physical activity in this setting, and to translate these findings into actionable advice that the sector can use to attract more women and girls into their facilities.
