National Early Years Survey

The Herts Sports Partnership is one of 42 Active Partnerships throughout England working to improve the quality of life in communities through the power of physical activity. In partnership with Rise North East, the Active Partnership for Northumberland and Tyne & Wear and the wider Active Partnership Network, the Herts Sports Partnership is supporting the National Early Years Survey.

The survey is open to anyone working in an Early Years setting in England at any level, so we want to hear from the Early Years staff working in Reception and Nursery Classes in schools, PVI settings, Childminders, pre-schools, playgroups or any other similar setting.

The survey will take 5 minutes to fill out and will really help us to shape the support Early Years settings receive and improve the lives of our littlest people! We will use the results of this survey to help us tailor support to Early Years Settings, but also use it in conversations with strategic organisations to raise the profile of the fantastic work being delivered in Early Years and show how this is helping every child to have The Best Start In Life. We want to work to break down any barriers which Early Years settings currently face to allow children to move more for a range of outcomes, including physical and mental health and wellbeing and school readiness both locally and nationally.

The more responses we get, the more evidence we have to champion Early Years Settings, so please click here to access the survey and let your opinions be heard.
