Herts Year of Physical Activity 2018
Move more, feel great!
Throughout 2018 we will be encouraging Hertfordshire residents to get active. The Year of Physical Activity 2018 aims to showcase the range of activities that take place each week for people to socialise and join others to be active. Hertfordshire is also blessed with beautiful countryside and many parks to explore.
The campaign, known informally as Herts YOPA 18, follows a format of themed months such as young people, older adults, walking, cycling, parks, families and women and girls. A friendly mascot, YOPA, is making his way around Hertfordshire to many local events, encouraging children and adults alike to get involved.
