A Partnership Development Manager (PDM) is the individual responsible for the management of a particular School Sports Partnership (SSP) area. There are 12 PDM’s in Hertfordshire responsible for each of the SSP areas.

The main job of a Partnership Development Manager is to increase the number 5-16 year olds within their school sports partnership who are accessing at least 2 hours of high quality physical education and sport per week.
