Interested in becoming a mentor or being mentored?
Mentoring is a powerful tool in the education and development of sports coaches at all levels. Coaches can learn and develop through their practical ‘out in the field’ experiences but to do this they need to reflect upon the sessions they deliver. Coach mentoring can support this process by proving the feedback and guidance in a one to one relationship.
The Herts Sports Partnership has developed a mentoring tool – kit that can be used by clubs and coaches to support this mentoring process.
